I know this may be dry but it has to be said.

GendersInX is subject to legal laws pertaining to forumotion.com and so it has the legal right to delete any posts that contain the following:

  • Any material pertaining to pornography, anti-racial content, sexual content
  • Any material that has legal implications such as distributorship of trademarks, spam, and other material under legal jurisdiction
  • Any videos or mp3's such as Youtube and other such likeness (this can be referred to in a link or uploaded directly on the site) that is deemed as pornographic, sexual in nature or a racial or sexual slur.
  • Any pictures that depict pornography, racial content, sexual content whether it be in the uploading or in reference<li>Any content or misrepresentation of another site no matter the content

There was an occasion where a site under the jurisdiction of formotion.com had indeed done this even though the rules and regulations were clear, and thier site was deleted without notice.

Forumotion.com has the right to check in once in a while to check if all is well on any site that uses thier software and systems.

This is not meant to frighten you but to make you aware that there are legal rights to GendersInX in which I have to be mindful of at all times.

If there any questions pertaining to this, please make them available here so that all can benefit. The above can be altered and updated at anytime and without notice, please refer to it one in a while to make sure that we are clear.

Andre

When I get home, I check each and every link there is here for the reasons stated above. As of yet, I have not done so in yours. I have changed a wording in the above post, as it was meant in terms of it's content, not YouTube as such.

Thank you for your response, skywalker. That was indeed honest and appreciated.

Only if there is a problem on our site. So far there hasn't been anything that couldn't be fixed.

I was assured today that they would not come on for no good reason.

As far as that is concerned, I wouldn't worry about it, sofix.

Andre, What if we were posting research, and the article in question was not proven research, also the article was trying to sell a product for what the research was about, but the product was not approved by the FDA, nor was it backed by the publisher of the article? Would this be considered a problem?

First off, any quoted or referred articles need a frame of reference, that is, where you found it, from what site. If you are not sure of the content, a disclaimer should proceed it such as "I am not sure this is correct" for an example.

As far as promoting products, that I would have to say is a no-no. For reasons of responsibility, we cannot promote products to anyone especially if the product can cause more harm than good in the case of medication. There are some that will buy the product and use it because it was good for another.

Even products approved by the FDA can pose a danger to another. In the case of Testosterone and Estrogen, for an example, can be talked about as far as experience is concerned but not promoted.

That is perfectly fine, skywalker. In fact I enjoyed the video very much. That's the kind of thing that is appreciated here.

This has been altered as of late. Permissions have been granted to embed YouTube videos here. I would still refrain from doing so as some still have dial up and that would slow their computer down considerably.
