PostSubject: An unique perspective   Mon Nov 12, 2007 11:51 am

To date GendersInX has made much headway in it's young life. Let's recap on what has been done.

February 2007, GendersinX was born in another server. The server was very limited and the storage even more, so after 31 members and over 1600 posts later, it was time to move to another location but what was apparent, was that there was a need for people to get to know each other in thier perspective condition, what we have in common.

June 2007, GendersInX re-opened it's doors here, in the new server and the changes in it's look and feel has progressed ever so slightly but definite. The members here have found a place to talk about what concerns them in a never ending support of each other, a positive trait.

November 2007, GendersInX's gift to the world, a ribbon to signify the support of each other so that all people's conditions know that they are not alone, that there is another thinking of them in a positive light. This will ever be so in this site and we strive to find new ways to support and to see a positive light on very negative issues.

GendersInX sees things a little different from the rest of the world, we like togetherness in support of each other. In this world of constant strife and negativity, a breath of fresh air is much needed. It is inconceivable that such a site exists, but it does only due to the members themselves giving an honest effort in that direction that this is possible.

A successful site can only be measured by the people therein, not by how many people there are included, not by how posts are to each name but by the quality of support given.

One word, one gesture, one act of sympathy or compassion is all that is needed for a certain person to see things a little differently than they did....that makes the difference.
