| Make sure that it is the post that you are reading. Often it happens that when we see a post we assume what is said there and indeed, that is what we read. Look away for a couple of minutes and come back to it. Is that what you saw in the first place ?
Also, if you are angry at someone and you want to post an answer, write it up in a word program first. Change whatever words you like to make it more effective. When you are finished with it, ask yourself one question before re-reading it: Is this the kind of post you wouldn't mind getting ?
If the answer is no, then rethink it. Come back the next day, don't worry the post isn't going anywhere, it'll be right there where you left it.
Choose whether it's worth posting an answer or ignore it.
I may also point out that taking revenge in a hurtful manner does no one any good and you may be hurting more than the intentioned person. Perhaps it was something you are misunderstanding. Send that person a well intentioned private message (pm) instead and then move on. Life is too fragile to have ill feelings towards another.
