Basically, it provides basic information about TS, the latest on research, projects, and the like, and offers many resources and links, which is why I'd feel it is the main place to go for those with TS, or those looking to learn more about it. It also offers chatrooms and bulletin boards for different age groups such as Children, Preteens and teens, and Women. So in short, it's a place to find information and reach out to others with TS..
