One homeowner, Karen Huelsman, hired the company in 2024 to replace windows, paying a substantial down payment of $24,745. However, months passed without any progress, and the company suddenly stopped communicating. Huelsman's experience mirrors that of others in a local Facebook group, 'Ripped off by Crown Pointe Roofing & Remodeling,' which has 13 members. The company's offices in Blue Ash and Fort Thomas are reportedly empty, and CEO Quincy Barrett has declined to comment until he can consult his attorney. This situation highlights the importance of thorough research and due diligence when hiring contractors, as it can lead to financial losses and a sense of betrayal when trust is broken.
