Iron Maiden's Eddfest 2026 | 50th Anniversary Celebration at Knebworth | Full Lineup & Details (2026)

Bold statement: IRON MAIDEN is turning their 50th anniversary into a full-blown, fan-centric spectacle you won’t want to miss. But here’s where it gets controversial… they’re not just doing a concert; they’re crafting a complete experience called Eddfest that extends across a weekend with themed zones, immersive exhibits, and interactive fun. If you’re a Maiden devotee, this is the weekend you’ve been waiting for—and if you’re new to the band, it’s a tour-like immersion into the MAIDEN universe.

Here’s what they’ve laid out. Eddfest is a once-in-a-lifetime, two-day celebration at Knebworth Park designed to showcase IRON MAIDEN’s idea of a high-energy, event-focused weekend. The centerpiece is the Infinite Dreams Museum Experience, a walkthrough display of stage props and relics inspired by the Sunday Times bestseller Infinite Dreams. It’s an unprecedented chance to see MAIDEN artifacts up close.

Inside the festival grounds, you’ll also find Maidenville, home to Eddie’s Dive Bar—reputed to be the largest and most immersive yet—as well as a second stage for live entertainment, the Unfair Funfair with Eddie-themed rides and games, Eddie’s Emporium, and a host of other attractions to explore.

Early access campers on Friday will get first dibs on the site and all experiences, including the Infinite Dreams Museum Experience. Friday evening will feature a Maidenville lineup of special acts with connections to MAIDEN, followed by the main Saturday stage show, a prelude to the band’s monumental Run For Your Lives performance.

Rod Smallwood, MAIDEN’s manager, explains the reasoning: after last year’s monumental UK shows, the band wanted something dramatically different for 2026. Selecting Knebworth Park provides the space needed to build a true ‘MAIDEN world’ that stadium shows can’t accommodate. Eddfest is a celebration of the band’s 50-year career, named after Eddie, the iconic star of the show, and designed to foster the sense of community among MAIDEN fans—the “huge gang” that travels, camps, and bonds over the music.

Smallwood notes that Eddie Dive Bars have become a familiar feature on recent tours, sometimes drawing thousands into town centers for pre- and post-show gatherings. Eddfest expands that concept into a sprawling, multi-faceted weekend that fans won’t soon forget.

What to expect includes a wide array of music acts, plenty of beer, engaging activities, unique merchandise, memorable photo opportunities, and the camaraderie that comes with being part of the MAIDEN family.

Kilimanjaro Promoters Stuart Galbraith and Alan Day—familiar from Sonisphere—add that MAIDEN’s approach to fan engagement is distinct. They describe Eddfest as the Eddie-verse brought to life: aFriday afternoon-and-evening setup, an all-day Saturday experience, and a grand finale with MAIDEN’s UK performance that is planned to remain the last UK show until at least 2028.

The festival itinerary begins Friday at 2 p.m., with camping included for both nights. Maidenville will be accessible to weekend campers Friday afternoon and into early Saturday, including the Infinite Dreams Museum Experience.

Friday night prioritizes fun ahead of the main event. The campsite will give direct access to Maidenville, featuring a curated mix of bands and artists connected to MAIDEN—some lesser-known, some well-known, but all chosen for their MAIDEN ties. The Friday night lineup on the Maidenville second stage includes STRAY, MAIDEN UNITED, AIRFORCE, TONY MOORE’S AWAKE, and HAIR METAL GLAMAGEDDON.

Saturday marks the opening of the Main Arena, with Eddie’s Extended Emporium, the Trooper VIP area, and a suite of interactive experiences. The day builds toward a curated festival bill on the main stage, starting with THE ALMIGHTY, followed by AIRBOURNE, and then THE HU. The Darkness delivers a high-energy set before IRON MAIDEN closes with a historic, communal performance central to the MAIDEN world experience.

In short, Eddfest promises an extraordinary weekend for every MAIDEN fan—a fully themed festival that honors the band’s fifty-year journey and serves as the last UK performance for the foreseeable future.
